Venezuela without Electricity and Water

The Communist legacy of Chavez  is gradually suffocating Venezuela. The water rich country has built its electricity production on large hydroelectric projects, but the reservoirs are empty because of prolonged drought. And Caribbean socialism.

  2. That was a long time ago. I followed how Communist dictatorships like Cuba, Venezuela, etc. are doing and extracted my personal conclusions. Greed makes the world make round. The Chinese realized that twenty years ago, the Russians even earlier. Democracy is bad except that all the other regimes are much worse.
